Dear Noble,

I have recently had a few Units ask for information and rules for Competition in the Motor Corps.  Usually I send them copies of rules, score sheets, and By-Laws.  To the newcomer, they probably do not give a true picture of the activities of the Motor Corp.

I have put together a summary of the Motor Corps activities along with a brief history, which I have sent to a few prospects.  I have enclosed a copy for your review.  Please bring any suggestions, additions, or deletions on this summary to the Mid-Winter Meeting
