Dear Nobles,

The 2012 Central States Association of Shrine Motor Corps annual Mid Winter Meeting will be held Thursday April 26 through Sunday April 29, 2012 in St. Louis, MO. Hotel rooms are reserved at the Sheraton Westport Lakeside Chalet located at 191 Westport Plaza, St. Louis, MO 63146. Reservations are under Central States Shrine Motor Corp. Reservations must be made with the hotel by April 2, 2012 to receive the rate of $92 plus tax per night. Reservations made after this date are subject to room and rate availability. A hospitality room will be provided and hosted by Moolah Nobles at the Chalet during our event. Room and Hours will be posted. It will be well supplied and open often.

For those arriving on Thursday, Noble Zika has made optional dinner arrangements at the Westport Pizza Company for Thursday evening at 6:00 PM. All Nobles and Ladies are welcome to attend and enjoy the food and libations. Dress is casual. This is a pay as you go affair, but numbers attending need to be returned on the enclosed reservation form.

On Friday, a Bloody Mary and Mimosa (yes there will also be beer) Guided Motor Coach Tour of St. Louis Masonic Landmarks and a tour of the St. Louis Scottish Rite Temple for $15.00 per person. The coach will leave Westport at 9:00 AM. A lunch will be included at individuals’ expense. THE COACH IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 50 RESERVATIONS. Reservations for the coach must be made on the enclosed reservation form.

The Executive Board Meeting of Officers and Past Presidents is set for Friday April 27 starting at 3 PM in the Chalet, room to be posted. The Ladies of Officers and Past Presidents of CSASMC are asked to attend a Planning and Informational meeting hosted by Lady Christine during the same time as the men’s executive meeting on Friday starting at 3 PM in the Chalet, room to be posted.

At 6 PM on Friday, a Hospitality Room and Welcome Party will commence with BBQ provided by Harold and the Moolah Gateway 500 Unit.

The CSASMC Mid-Winter Meeting is set for Saturday, April 28 at 9 AM in the Chalet, room to be posted. CSASMC business and election of Officers will be held. The Registration Table will be open at 8:15 AM.

Ladies, come join Lady Christine on what has been ranked one of the Best Streets in America-The Delmar Loop. Shop in the hippest and trendiest shops in St. Louis, have lunch at one of the great restaurants and then join us for a fabulous view and cocktails by 1 PM at the Eclipse Terrace Bar located in the Moonrise Hotel in the Loop for fellowship and fun.

The CSASMC Mid Winter Banquet and Installation of Officers will begin at 6 PM with a cash bar at the Chalet Banquet Room, to be posted. A three course plated chicken dinner will be served at $30.00 per person. The Installation of 2012 Officers will follow dinner at the Chalet. Entertainment for the evening will be provided by the Moolah Band-Aids and DJ Derrick.

Reservations and payment for all functions need to be made by April 2^nd on the enclosed Reservation Form.

Nobles: A current 2012 dues card is required for admittance to the Mid Winter Meeting. Please may sure that your voting representative has the voting card which will be a yellow dues card. Any member of the Unit may use the voting card if the person named on the card is unable to attend. This is a hint to get your dues in before the meeting. I will not mail out cards when dues are paid the week before the meeting. Those cards will be available at the registration table before the meeting.

Any member attending the Mid Winter Meeting may offer discussion on any matter at the appropiate point in the meeting. If you or your Unit has any matter to come before the members, please let the Secretary know so you came be placed on the Agenda. Please keep in mind that you may still bring a subject up for discussion, even if not on the printed Agenda, it just helps in conducting the meeting.

There will be two openings on the line for election, Sgt-at-Arms and Organizer. If any member has any questions on duties of Officers or any other matter,, please do not hesitate to give me a call.
