RULES and REQUIREMENTS 2004

Again this year in Des Moines, the Competition areas have obstructions that will not allow us to have the usual 300' x 150' Competitive Drill Fields.  The Competitive Drill Fields will be the same size as they were in Branson last year, 240' X 120'.  The time on the field will also change to minimum time of 4 minutes, maximum time of 8 minutes.

This year will be the same as last in regard to the inspection of all personnel and equipment.  The judges will inspect only 4.

In the Show Car Competition, since there has not been enough participation in the Mustang Class, it will be eliminated.

The Motorcycle Show will be inspected as last year in Branson.  The participation in this class has increased, and there is a possibility of dividing it into classes as like the cars.  For this year, it will again be jusged as one class, scored as in the Show Car Class and awarded bonus points as in the Show Car Class and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies will be awarded to the Units as was done in Branson last year.
