2000 RULE CHANGES
OBSTACLE COURSE:
All units that are not participating in Competitive Drill and are registered in
Obstacle Course only, Drill be required to report to their respective course no
later than one hour after the stated start time of Competitive Drill. Any Unit
failing to report by the proper time will be allowed to ride the course only
when there is an open time between the Units that are in Competitive Drill.
Those Units who are riding Obstacle Course only should report to fide as soon as
possible after the start of Competition, otherwise you may have to wait until
the Competitive Drill Units are done riding the course.
Also, The India Broncos have stated that they will furnish a traveling trophy
to be given to the rider who has the fastest time on both the Multi-Wheel
Obstacle Courses.
COMPETITIVE DRILL:
The Touring Class has been re-named the Un-Uniform Class. Any Unit may enter
this class that have motorcycles that are street legal of any size that are not
uniform in year, make, model, color, or accessories_ All Units in this class
will take an automatic 2 point deduction in uniformity on equipment only.
The judges will be asked to write down on your score sheets which four
vehicles and personnel they intend to inspect prior to inspection.
SHOW CAR COMPETITION:
The Show Car judging sheet had some point changes made in the point value in
different categories. In section A numbers 4 and 5 were deleted, section B
numbers 3 and 4 are combined and section D number 6 is deleted and a portion of
number 8 is deleted. A copy of the old score sheet along with the new revised
sheet are enclosed.
The members present and voting at the Mid-Winter Meeting voted to continue
with the consolidation of classes. On August 16, any class that does not have at
least three Units registered for Competitors will be combined with the next
class in order to have at least three Units in Competition.
