ARTICLE X. Amendments
                Section 1. These By-Laws may be amended at any Mid-Winter Meeting of this Association by a two-thirds vote of the majority of those present and qualified to vote, providing anyone offering such amendments submit them in writing to the Secretary thirty days prior to such meeting.
