The Organizer shall perform the duties of the Sergeant-at-Arms in his absence. The Organizer is responsible for promoting new memberships by contacting each motorized unit of Central States Shrine Association that does not hold membership in the Central States Association of Shrine Motor Corps. The Organizer shall be reimbursed for any postage when he can show proof of such to the Treasurer. The Organizer shall send a copy of all correspondence to the President, 1st Vice President, and Secretary.
                Section 5. The Secretary-Treasurer shall keep all the records of this Association and record the minutes. He shall receive all the dues and monies, depositing same in a reputable bank, covered by the Federal Depositors Insurance, in the account of the Central States Association of Shrine Motor Corps. He shall payout funds ordered by the Board of Governors and shall, prior to the Fall Meeting, prepare a printed summary of his annual report, along with the minutes of the Mid-Winter Meeting. He shall also at the discretion of the membership of this Association, give good and sufficient bond for the faithful performance of his duties. Such bond, if so required, shall be in the amount determined by the Executive Board and shall be kept in the custody of the President of this Association. He shall be the Chairman of Scorekeeping.
                Section 6. The Executive Board of this Association shall consist of all present elected Officers, the Secretary-Treasurer, and all the Past Presidents present, shall have the authority and power to conduct the Interim Business of this Association and shall have the power to fill any vacancy until the next regular meeting at which time any vacancy shall be filled by the voting members of this Association.

        ARTICLE V. Voting Rights
                Section 1. One representative present from each motorized unit affiliated with this Association, the elected Officers, the Secretary-Treasurer, and the Past Presidents of this Association, shall constitute the Board of Governors and shall be the only members with a vote.
                Section 2. Voting representatives, shall prior to any meeting furnish credentials of his appointment as a voting representative to the Sergeant-at-Arms of this Association.
                Section 3. If for some reason the regular representative is unable to attend the meeting, an alternative may be selected from his motorized unit.

        ARTICLE VI. Meetings
                Section 1. The annual meeting of this Association shall be normally held at the time and location of the Central States Shrine Association Convention, however such meeting can be held at any time upon approval of the Executive Board, provided the approval of the Potentate of the jurisdiction where such meeting is to be held is first obtained. Location of the annual meeting, if other than the location of the Central States Shrine Association Convention, shall be announced at least thirty days in advance.
                Section 2. The Mid-Winter Meeting of this Association shall be held at the discretion of the President and shall take place between March 1 st and May 1st of each year, such meeting being announced at least thirty days in advance.
                Section 3. Other meetings may be called by the President at his discretion, for the efficient operation of this Association.
                Section 4. The Board of Governors shall meet when called by the President, at the Mid-Winter Meeting, and the Fall Meeting and shall have the power to transact all the business of this Association.
