Due Date for reservations is AUGUST 22nd, 2003.  No reservation or refunds will be made after this date.

Menu:  Your choice of Prime Rib of Beef with Au Jus and Creamy Horseradish sauce or Grilled Fillet of Salmon with Blue Crab essence lemon butter sauce.

All dinners come with the Chateau House salad-traditional iceberg and field greens, julienne yellow squash, zucchini, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, with choice of dressing, seasonal vegetables, Chef's selection of potatoes, rolls and butter, coffee or tea.  Dessert is Apple Raisin Strudel with caramel and vanilla sauces.

Cost of the Banquet is $31.25 per person.  All reservations must be sent to:
