CENTRAL STATES ASSOCIATION OF SHRINE MOTOR CORPS

AWARDS BANQUET

SEPTEMBER 13, 2002

OMAHA, NEBRASKA

Approximately 840 Nobles, ladies and guests were in attendance at the Annual Awards Banquet held at Harrahs Casino.

President Ritchey called upon Past President Bob Giesen to give the invocation.

President Ritchey introduced Imperial Sir Michael Severe and his Lady Patty, the Officers of the Association along with the Past Presidents and the Officers of the IASMC and their ladies.

President Ritchey introduced the President of CSSA, Illustrious Sir Frank Kroupa, who said that he was pleased to be with us and said that he was glad to see the Motor Corp comlete their Competition despite the rain.

President Ritchey introduced Imperial Sir, and Chairman of the Board of the Shriners Hospital for Children, John D. VerMaas who gave a brief talk of some of the happenings at the Hospitals.

President Ritchey called upon the Sesostris Motor Corp Cushmans to take up the annual collections for the Shriners Hospitals for Children.  President Ritchey announced that this years collection will be sent to the Twin City Unit in Minneapolis in memory of Illustrious Sir C. Joy Emery, a member of the Sesostris Cushmans and the Sesostris Ragtops, and a Past President of CSSA.  The Nobles and Ladies generously contributed $2,011.00

President Ritchey presented trophies to the following Units:
