Please find in the enclosed mailing all
information for 2010 CSASMC Competition and Awards Banquet
consisting of;

Competition set up will be Thursday
September 2 at 8:00 AM at the Fairgrounds located at
3001 General Pershing Drive.
The Fall meeting will be held
Thursday September 2 at 3:30 PM at the Clarion Meridian
Convention Center located at the intersection of I-40
and Meridian Ave., Exit 145. All Competition times and
information on Competition and parking will be given at this
meeting. All Awards Banquet tickets will be available at the
meeting.
Competition will be at the
Fairgrounds on Friday September 3, and will begin at
7:30 AM. Any Unit competing in Obstacle Course only is
asked to report to your course as early as possible. The
Motorcycle Show Competition will be held immediately following
Competitive Drill. This will allow those in Competitive Drill
to also participate in the Show Bike Competition.
The
Awards Banquet will be held on Friday September 3 at the
Clarion Meridian Convention Center located at the
intersection of I-40 and Meridian Ave, 737 South Meridian
Ave., exit 145. The facility has a maximum capacity of 724
people. A social hour will begin at 5:30 PM..
The Awards Banquet will be a buffet style dinner with 12
serving lines to expedite the serving time. The cost is $23.50
per person and the menu is on the enclosed Banquet Reservation
Form. Units are requested to send one check made out to
the President John Lynch. Seating will be assigned by
Units if all Unit reservations are made on the same form.
Tickets will be available at the Thursday meeting. Checks and
the Reservation Form need to be received by President Lynch no
later than August 26.
Reservations must be sent to President Lynch
at the address on the Reservation Form.
All Units who desire to enter Competition
in any form must be in good standing with dues paid to CSASMC.
Registration for Competitive Drill, Obstacle Course,
Show Car, or Show Bike Competition must be made with the
Secretary no later than August 25. Any Unit
registering late will still be able to compete, but it may be
consolidated class, and their times will be scheduled at the
end of Competition.
Registration forms may be sent to the
Secretary by regular mail, fax, or email. A return reply will
be sent verifying your registration if a contact name and
address is given. If you do not receive a return reply within
a few days, contact the Secretary to be sure it was received.
